Compliance posture

WeBee operates under EU GDPR, Turkey's KVKK, and the data-protection frameworks of every country we serve. Enterprise customers can request a Data Processing Agreement and full sub-processor list.

GDPR (EU)

Full compliance with EU General Data Protection Regulation. Data Processing Agreement (DPA) available for enterprise customers. Subject-access requests honored within 30 days; right-to-be-forgotten requests within 30 days.

KVKK (Türkiye)

Compliance with Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu — Act #6698). DONE İletişim Bilgi Sistemleri ve Yayıncılık Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. is the registered Data Controller.

Data Processing Agreement

DPA template available on request. Covers data processing roles, sub-processors, security measures, breach notification, audit rights, and termination handling. Required for EU-based enterprise customers.

Sub-processors

Full list of sub-processors (cloud infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, support tooling) available on request. We notify customers in advance of any sub-processor changes.
