- How long does Suite implementation take?

- Yes. EaSee is a standalone operations platform. It integrates with WeBee Suite for guest-side context, but it works equally well alongside any guest-facing tool.
- Does EaSee have a mobile app for staff?
- Yes. EaSee runs on web browsers, mobile phones, and tablets — independent of operating system. Staff can connect in real-time from any device, anywhere.
- How do I get WeBee Insta and how is it priced?
- WeBee Insta is in early access. Email info@getwebee.com to start the conversation — we share pricing as a custom proposal after a short scoping call to understand your property and which of the five channels (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, Apple Messages) you want activated first. We respond within one business day.
- How does WeBee Upsell's revenue-share pricing work?
- WeBee Upsell takes a percentage of the incremental ancillary revenue we drive — F&B, spa, tours, late checkout, experiences. No installation fee, no annual contract. If we don't drive revenue, you pay nothing.
- Can I use WeBee Upsell without the full WeBee Suite?
- WeBee Upsell requires active use of at least one of WeBee Suite, EaSee, WeBee QR (Hotel Builder), or WeBee Insta. Standalone deployments use a lightweight in-stay surface; combined deployments leverage Suite's guest profile for deeper personalization.
- What revenue lift can I expect?
- Performance varies by segment and current attach rate. Customers typically see 15–30% ancillary revenue uplift within the first 6 months. We share segment benchmarks during your demo so you can set realistic targets.
- How do I contact support?

- Where is my data stored?
- WeBee runs on AWS in the EU (Ireland) region. All customer data is processed and stored in this single region.
- How do I report a security issue?
- Email security@getwebee.com. We respond to all reports within 48 hours and coordinate disclosure. Good-faith researchers are not pursued legally. Full posture: /en/trust/security.
- How do I cancel or downgrade my account?
- Email your hotel success manager or support@getwebee.com. Annual contracts honor the term; renewals can be modified before the renewal date. Hotel Builder trial accounts can be deactivated self-serve from your account settings.
