Guests pay by credit card inside the app. Funds settle directly to the hotel's merchant account — WeBee never holds your money. We're paid only on the revenue-share percentage, billed separately after the period closes.

How the revenue share works
WeBee Upsell is the only WeBee product priced on outcome rather than seat or property count. You pay nothing to install, nothing annually, nothing per property. We take a percentage of the incremental ancillary revenue we drive for you — measured against a 30-day baseline so there's no ambiguity about what counts as incremental.
Revenue-share percentage scales with deal size and is negotiated per portfolio. Single-property deployments and multi-property groups get materially different terms. Talk to our team for a quote tailored to your situation.

The first solution launched under the WeBee Revenue+ program (2026). Built on top of WeBee surfaces guests already use, so no new infrastructure is required at your property.
- $0 setup, $0 monthly, $0 annual for existing WeBee customers. Revenue-share only — WeBee charges a percentage of the incremental revenue it generates. If WeBee Upsell does not drive incremental revenue, you pay nothing.
- Existing WeBee partner hotels with active use of at least one of WeBee App, EaSee, WeBee QR (Hotel Builder), or WeBee Insta. Upsell layers on top of those guest-facing surfaces — visitors see upsell prompts inside the experience they're already using.
- Not currently. Upsell uses rule-based offer targeting + revenue-share pricing today. AI-driven offer matching is on the WeBee AI Projects roadmap; current Upsell deployments do not require AI to deliver value.
