- Why is WeBee Upsell free to install for existing WeBee customers?
- Upsell is built on top of the surfaces Suite already gives your guests — the app, the push channel, the booking flows. If you already run Suite, every piece Upsell needs is in place. So there's no installation fee, no monthly fee, no annual fee — we only get paid as a percentage of the incremental ancillary revenue we drive. If we don't earn, you don't pay.
- How does WeBee Upsell's revenue-share work?
- Upsell takes a percentage of the incremental ancillary revenue we drive — F&B, spa, room upgrades, transfers, late checkout, experiences. The percentage is negotiated per portfolio (single-property vs multi-property terms differ). We measure 'incremental' against a 30-day baseline so the math is unambiguous. No installation fee, no annual contract.
- Is there a setup fee for WeBee Suite or EaSee?
- Yes — there is a standard one-time setup fee for both Suite and EaSee that covers PMS integration, CMS configuration, brand customization, and your dedicated success program kickoff. The setup fee is the same regardless of portfolio size. Talk to our team for the current setup fee schedule.
- How does WeBee Insta pricing work?
- Insta is in early access. We share pricing as a custom proposal after a short scoping call — once we understand your property, your guest volume, and which of the five channels (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, Apple Messages) you want activated first. Email info@getwebee.com with your property details to start the conversation — we respond within one business day.
- How does billing work for multi-property groups?
- Multi-property pricing scales with the number of properties and total room count. Group rates apply at 5+ properties. We bill annually with monthly payment options available.
- Can I start with one product and add others later?
- Yes. WeBee Suite is itself the complete guest-side platform — it already bundles the Mobile App, Guest Engagement Platform (GEP), CMS, and Staff App into one offering, so there is nothing to 'expand to' within Suite. Customers most commonly start with EaSee or Suite and add WeBee Upsell later (Upsell has $0 up-front cost for existing WeBee customers). Plan changes can be made at contract renewal, or mid-contract by mutual agreement for upgrades.
